Rangers is a communication tool that allows people to connect with surrounding service providers in real time. Our application allows users to obtain assistance and support at any time of the day or night, regardless of situation and location.
Rangers will be able to respond quickly to emergency cases of the user by providing immediate support. Rangers can also provide services according to the user's pre-planning or advanced schedule.
2. How does the Rangers App Work?
With our mobile app, you are able to get emergency assistance for Repair On-Site and Towing Services.
Just enter your location together with the destination workshop or any other preferred location, and the price will be displayed prior to confirmation. To make it easier, you can even choose “Use My Location" to pinpoint your exact position. Then, the Rangers app will find you a service provider nearest to your location.
When the service provider has been confirmed, you will be able to see the service provider’s details such as their name, picture, ratings and you can also place a direct call to the service provider.

This service covers on-the-spot repair works, which includes battery and tyre replacement, basic repairs and fuel refills. Rangers assistance will be provided based on your needs. Our transparent quotation will set your mind at ease. Worry not as payment can be done by card or cash. You will be able continue to your destination with confidence after repair works are done!
Some issues can’t be settled on-site. Rangers can provide you with assistance to bring your vehicle to the nearest preferred workshop. Distance and vehicle-based quotation will give you options for the best price.

All Rangers services cover Klang Valley only at the moment. We are planning to expand to Pahang, Johor and Penang in the coming months before fully covering Malaysia by the end of this year.
6. How do I rate my service provider?
At the end of the services, you can give ratings to your service provider. In order to improve the service, we take customer feedback seriously. So please rate honestly and accordingly in the Rangers App. Feel free to leave comments as well in the comment section.
7. How to update my profile and password?
There are two ways to update your current profile, either by using the Rangers mobile app or through login access on our website. Go to your profile section by clicking the Profile tab from the dropdown menu.
8. How to add additional vehicle?
There are two ways to add, modify or delete your current vehicle either by using the Rangers mobile app or through login access on our website. Just go to the vehicle section by clicking the Vehicle tab from the dropdown menu.
9. How to join and become a RANGERS?
Everyone is invited to join us as a service provider if you meet all the requirements of the type of service you applied for. Just visit our website at http://www.ranger.my, and click the ‘BECOME A RANGER’ button to start.
10. Where can I report issues with my app or my orders?
